Paco Morales is one of the most prominent figures in both national and international, gastronomy, renowned for his unique methodology and his relentless pursuit of excellence. Through Noor, Morales revives the refined aromas and flavours of Al-Andalus, reinterpreting them within a contemporary and avant-garde context that has always defined his culinary style.
Qurtuba Academy is a statement of intent by a world-renowned chef who returns to his homeland to create his masterpiece, Noor Restaurant, and who now seeks to give back and share his knowledge and methodology with the land of his birth. It represents an educational system, and a methodology specifically designed and reimagined to address the training challenges of the twenty-first century in the hospitality sector.

The initiative also has the support of the mayor of Córdoba, José María Bellido, who has shown his "full support for this new School of Hospitality that will offer training that has been in high demand in Córdoba for years."
Salvador Fuentes, president of the Córdoba Provincial Council, said, "The high level of Córdoba's gastronomy and the province's chefs, which will now enjoy the great achievement of having an internationally renowned hospitality school."
Marco Antonio Franco, founding partner of Campus Córdoba. The goal is for this new hospitality school to "become a national and international benchmark under the leadership of one of the most important chefs in the sector."
